- 1 large banana
- 1 large navel orange
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed meal
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- ice (1-2 cups)

- Add all of the ingredients in a large blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
