Description

Most green smoothie recipes have banana–this one doesn’t! It’s creamy and sweet without added sugar.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 2/3 cup frozen mango
  • 2/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 large navel orange
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed meal
  • Ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a powerful blender and blend until creamy and smooth.

Notes

I like my smoothies very cold, so prefer to add ice, but this is optional.
