This Roasted Butternut Squash recipe is spiked with cinnamon and simple to make!

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place the squash on a sheet pan and drizzle with the oil, cinnmaon, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-35 minutes, until soft and the edges are browning. Enjoy!

Notes

*The prep time increases to 10-15 minutes if you don’t use pre-cut butternut squash.
