- 1 cup liquid (dairy or nondairy milk)
- 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 mashed banana or 1–2 tablespoons liquid sweetener
- pinch salt
- Optional add-ins such as fruit, vanilla, flaxseed, etc.
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a bowl or jar and mix well.
- Refrigerate overnight and then serve.
