Description

A fresh and tasty side dish


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange zest (optional)
  • salt and pepper
  • orange slices with the peel removed, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gently steam the broccoli until it is bright green and tender, not mushy, about 5 minutes. Toss with the orange juice and zest and season with salt and pepper to taste.  Place over three orange slices, if using, and serve immediately.  Enjoy!
