- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 3/4 cup finely shredded unsweetened coconut
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey, and oats.
- Place the coconut in a separate bowl.
- Roll the peanut butter mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Dip each ball in the coconut until it is fully covered.
- Allow to chill in the refrigerator before serving.
- Store in the refrigerator in an air-tight container. Enjoy!
