These healthy, 4-ingredient Peanut Butter Snowballs are super quick, easy, and a healthy, gluten-free treat.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw honey
  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup finely shredded unsweetened coconut

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey, and oats.
  2. Place the coconut in a separate bowl.
  3. Roll the peanut butter mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Dip each ball in the coconut until it is fully covered.
  5. Allow to chill in the refrigerator before serving.
