This easy-to-make Matcha Vanilla Latte is loaded with health benefits!


Units Scale
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon stevia powder
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1 cup lite canned coconut
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons raw honey


  1. In a mug or latte glass, put the matcha powder, cinnamon, and stevia. Pour the hot water and use a whisk to combine well.
  2. Gently heat the coconut milk and vanilla. Use a milk frother to froth the milk to your preference.
  3. Pour the frothed milk into the mug with matcha and water. Stir to combine.
  4. Add the raw honey and stir again to combine. Serve and enjoy!



  • To make this an iced latte, follow the directions as is, except use cold coconut milk. Add ice to a separate mug and pour the prepared drink over the ice.
