- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon stevia powder
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 cup lite canned coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons raw honey
Instructions
- In a mug or latte glass, put the matcha powder, cinnamon, and stevia. Pour the hot water and use a whisk to combine well.
- Gently heat the coconut milk and vanilla. Use a milk frother to froth the milk to your preference.
- Pour the frothed milk into the mug with matcha and water. Stir to combine.
- Add the raw honey and stir again to combine. Serve and enjoy!

- To make this an iced latte, follow the directions as is, except use cold coconut milk. Add ice to a separate mug and pour the prepared drink over the ice.
