Maple-Cinnamon Crunchy Quinoa

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together quinoa, oil, maple syrup, and cinnamon and mix until the quinoa is throughly coated.  Spread it out on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 10-12 minutes, stirring once during that time, until the quinoa is lightly browned.  Be careful not to burn.
