Mango Margarita Recipe

This Mango Margarita Recipe is a fruity, yet not overly sweet, frozen Margarita, with a spicy rim.


  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 ounces tequila (blanco)
  • 1 ounce Cointreau
  • 3/4 ounce agave nectar

For the Spicy Rim 

1 teaspoon ancho chili powder

1 teaspoon coarse salt


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Mix together the chili powder and salt and place it on a plate.
  3. Use a lime slice to wet the rim of the glass with lime juice.
  4. Dip the rim of the glass in the chili powder mix.
  5. Pour the Mango Margarita into the glass and serve immediately. Enjoy!
