- 1” piece fresh turmeric, roughly chopped
- 1” piece fresh ginger, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Pinch black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 green tea bag
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring the turmeric, ginger, black pepper, lemon juice, and water to a
simmer over low heat. Allow to simmer for 3 minutes. - Turn off the heat, add the green tea bag, and cover the pot. All the tea to steep for
3 minutes. - Remove the tea bag and strain the tea through a fine mesh sieve. Consume
immediately. Enjoy!
