Warm, flavorful, and full of health benefits, this Lemon Ginger Turmeric Tea is made with fresh ginger and turmeric, lemon juice, and green tea!


Ingredients

  • 1” piece fresh turmeric, roughly chopped
  • 1” piece fresh ginger, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 green tea bag

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, bring the turmeric, ginger, black pepper, lemon juice, and water to a
    simmer over low heat. Allow to simmer for 3 minutes.
  2. Turn off the heat, add the green tea bag, and cover the pot. All the tea to steep for
    3 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bag and strain the tea through a fine mesh sieve. Consume
    immediately. Enjoy!
