Description

This iron rich smoothie is delicious and an easy to to boost your daily iron intake!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup cooked spinach (cooled)
  • 3 large frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanille extract
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure stevia powder

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately!

Notes
