A delicious and healthier brownie recipe
Ingredients

- 10 dates
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered stevia
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray 12 mini-muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray. (Alternatively, you can use a 8X8 inch baking dish)
- In a blender or food processor, process the dates until they form a smooth paste. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and stevia. Add the eggs, vanilla, and milk and mix well. Add the dates and stir very thoroughly, until the mixture is well combined and there are no date chunks.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 13-16 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
