  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 medium  banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon all spice
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax meal (optional)
  • a few ice cubes
