A delicious smoothie that is packed full of goodness
1 cup milk (I use unsweetened almond milk–any milk will work)
1 frozen spinach cube
1 cup frozen antioxidant fruit blend (I used the antioxidant blend I got at Costco for the smoothie shown in the pictures–but you can use any berry blend or all blueberries)
2 tablespoons chia seeds (optional)
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until super smooth. Enjoy!
