Description
This is a healthy, homemade hot chocolate mix recipe that is dairy-free, sugar-free, Keto-friendly and just delicious!
Ingredients

- 2 cups confectioners’ style erythritol
- 1 cup raw cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 1/2 cups dry coconut milk powder
- 1 teaspoon fine-grain salt
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch or arrowroot powder
- 1 pinch or more to taste ground cayenne pepper, optional
- Hot water to serve
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the powdered erythritol, cacao or cocoa powder, coconut milk powder, salt, cornstarch/arrowroot and cayenne. Transfer to a large, airtight container. Shake well before each serving.
- To serve: Place 1/4 cup of the mix in a mug and add about 6-8 fluid ounces hot water and stir to combine.
