Hot water to serve
In a large bowl, whisk together the powdered erythritol, cacao or cocoa powder, coconut milk powder, salt, cornstarch/arrowroot and cayenne. Transfer to a large, airtight container. Shake well before each serving.
To serve: Place 1/4 cup of the mix in a mug and add about 6-8 fluid ounces hot water and stir to combine.
