A healthy snack for the pickiest of eaters!

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Lightly oil an 8X8 baking pan and set aside.  Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and mix well.  Transfer mixture to the prepared pan and use a spatula to pat it down firmly.  Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.  Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
