I’ve made a lot of different guacamole recipes, and THIS is the PERFECT guacamole. Made with fresh ingredients, this is the best guacamole recipe ever.

- 6 avocados
- 2 limes, juiced
- 4 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- If you have a Molcajete, use it to mash the avocados and lime juice. If not, a large bowl and potato masher or fork works just fine.
- Add the remaining ingredients (tomatoes, onion, cilantro, garlic, salt, and cayenne pepper). Stir until everything is evenly incorporated.
- Serve immediately with crunchy tortilla chips .
