- 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
- 2/3 cup almond butter
- 2/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut=
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed meal
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup dark stevia sweetened chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl, and stir until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
or waxed paper. - Place the tray in the freezer for 20 minutes to allow the balls to firm.*
- Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 1 week or freeze for 2-3 months. Enjoy!
Notes
- If you’re in a hurry, you can skip this step and simply refrigerate the balls.
- Please note that the “cook time” is actually “chill time” in this recipe.
