This Dill Pickle Chicken Salad is easy to prepare and is bursting with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 celery stalks, diced (about 1 cup)
  • 3 medium dill pickles, diced (about 1 cup)
  • 3 cups shredded chicken

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, dill pickle juice, and Dijon mustard until combined. Add the dill weed, garlic powder, salt and pepper and stir again until combined .
  2. Add the diced celery and pickles, stirring to combine.
  3. Finally, add the shredded chicken and stir until it is evenly coated with the creamy dressing.
  4. Serve as a sandwich, in a wrap, or on a bed of lettuce. Enjoy!
