This Dill Pickle Chicken Salad is easy to prepare and is bursting with flavor.

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 celery stalks, diced (about 1 cup)
- 3 medium dill pickles, diced (about 1 cup)
- 3 cups shredded chicken
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, dill pickle juice, and Dijon mustard until combined. Add the dill weed, garlic powder, salt and pepper and stir again until combined .
- Add the diced celery and pickles, stirring to combine.
- Finally, add the shredded chicken and stir until it is evenly coated with the creamy dressing.
- Serve as a sandwich, in a wrap, or on a bed of lettuce. Enjoy!
