Description
With apples, cinnamon, and studded with raisins, this is a perfect fall dessert.

- 4 cups bread of choice, preferably not fresh, cubed
- 2 apples, peeled, cored, and cubed
- 1 cup raisins
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 3 cups almond milk (or any milk)
Instructions
- Spray your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Add the bread cubes, apples, and raisins and mix so the raisins and apples are distributed evenly throughout the bread.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and maple syrup. Whisk in the milk.
- Pour the milk mixture over the bread. If necessary, push down the bread with a spatula so it is completely covered. Allow the bread to sit for 20 minutes before turning on the crockpot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
