Description

A refreshing and tasty cold drink


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 ounces strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/3 cup canned coconut milk, full-fat or lite
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • pinch of ground white pepper (black is fine, too)
  • pinch of ground allspice
  • 57 drops liquid stevia, or preferred sweetener, to taste*
  • ice

*Calorie counts will change if you substitute the sweetener.


Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients, except ice, in a blender and blend well.
  2. You can try to mix the ingredients without a blender, but I wanted the spices to be totally mixed in, so I thought a blender would be best. I used my small, Magic Bullet knock-off blender. The blender also gives it a nice little frothy top.
  3. Fill a glass with ice and pour the coffee mixture over the ice. Enjoy!
