Description
A refreshing and tasty cold drink
Ingredients
Scale
- 6 ounces strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/3 cup canned coconut milk, full-fat or lite
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- pinch of ground white pepper (black is fine, too)
- pinch of ground allspice
- 5–7 drops liquid stevia, or preferred sweetener, to taste*
- ice
*Calorie counts will change if you substitute the sweetener.
Instructions
- Put all ingredients, except ice, in a blender and blend well.
- You can try to mix the ingredients without a blender, but I wanted the spices to be totally mixed in, so I thought a blender would be best. I used my small, Magic Bullet knock-off blender. The blender also gives it a nice little frothy top.
- Fill a glass with ice and pour the coffee mixture over the ice. Enjoy!
