Description
These Christmas Spiced Nuts are easy to make with pantry ingredients and make a festive holiday snack or appetizer!

- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 4 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 pound mixed nuts*
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the egg white, water, and salt. Add the nuts and stir or toss to coat.
- Drain in a colander for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cinnamon, ginger, carmondon, and sugar. Add the drained nuts and stir or toss to coat.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray it with cooking oil. Add the nuts and spread them out so they are in a single layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, until the nuts are dry. Half way through the baking time, rotate the pan 180 degrees.
- Allow the nuts to cool and then break them apart. Store any uneaten nuts in an airtight container at room temperature. Enjoy!

*Make sure to get nuts that are labeled raw and unsalted.
