Description

A delicious and kid approved way of getting some extra veggies into your diet


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ounces organic cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup (mine was overflowing) of cooked broccoli
  • 1/4 teaspoon tarragon
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 slices of whole grain bread

Instructions

  1. Put the cream cheese, broccoli, and spices in a food processor.  {I used my mini}
  2. Process until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread between two sandwich slices and serve.  Extra spread can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a few days.
