Description
Chia seed jam is a healthy, low-sugar alternative to regular jam. You can whip this up in 5 minutes and have an incredible, homemade jam in your fridge!
Ingredients

- 3 cups blueberries (defrosted if frozen)
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons warm water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup (other liquid sweeteners may be subbed)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until the consistency you desire is reached. Less blending=more jam-like texture. More blending=more jelly-like texture. (seeds will be present in the final product either way)
- Transfer to a jar and allow to set in the refrigerator, at least 1 hour.
- This will keep in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
