Better Than Ice Cream Fruit Cream

A delicious blueberry and mango fruit cream

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • pinch stevia*
  • 1/81/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy–I use unsweetened almond or coconut and both are delicious)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender, pulse the fruit until it is broken down.  Add the vanilla and stevia and then turn the machine on.  Add the milk, a little at a time, and puree until smooth. Continue to add milk to desired creaminess.  Serve immediately.

Notes

*If you don’t have stevia, you can substitute another sweetener such as honey or agave nectar.  Start with a teaspoon or so and sweeten to taste.
