A healthy breakfast smoothie


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 avocado, cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.  If you don’t have agave nectar on hand, try honey or pure maple syrup.
