Description
Give your tuna salad a delicious fall twist by adding fresh, crunchy apples and dried cranberries.
Ingredients

- 1 apple, cored and diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons dried cranberries (unsweetened if you can find them!)*
- 2 (5 ounce) cans wild tuna
- 1/2 cup good-quality mayonnaise
- 3/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a small or medium bowl, add the diced apples and lemon juice and stir to combine.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until well combined and the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce or with bread. Enjoy!

*Nutritional information reflects using sweetened dried cranberries. The sugar content will be lower if you can find unsweetened dried cranberries.
