Ingredients

- 5 large carrots
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Cut your carrots into matchsticks: Peel the carrots and remove the ends. Cut the carrots in half width wise. Now cut those parts in fourths length wise. Cut any sticks that are thick in half length wise again.
- Place the carrots in a bowl and add the oil, thyme, and salt. Use your hands to toss the carrots until they are evenly coated with the oil and spices.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. Place in a single layer in your air fryer and cook for 15 minutes, rotating the trays or giving the basket a shake half way through the cooking time. Enjoy!
