Ingredients

- 1 large or 2 medium beets
- 3 medium carrots
- 1 large apple of choice
- fresh ginger (1/2-1 inch piece)
Instructions
- Wash all ingredients well. (No need to peel)
- Chop ingredients to the size appropriate to your juicer.
- Process ingredients through the juicer.
- If desired, strain the juice a second time through a fine mesh sieve.
- Serve cold.
