Healthy snacks for toddlers


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey (preferably raw)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup raisins, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup peanuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place 14 muffin liners on a tray that will fit in your freezer.  Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir, stir, stir, until you have a big gooey ball.  Drop by heaping tablespoon into muffin liners. Freeze at least 30 minutes before serving.
