A tasty and healthy homemade snack


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted dates (~18 medium dates)
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup whole, raw almonds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until a small ball starts to form.  This takes about 2-3 minutes.  Transfer the mixture to wax paper and use your fingers to shape the dough into a rectangle.
  2. Use a knife to cut into bars.
