Description

These 3-ingredient Banana Cookies are vegan and gluten-free. You just need three simple ingredients and fifteen minutes to make these healthy cookies!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mashed banana (from about 2 1/2 medium bananas)
  • 2 cups rolled oats (I use old fashioned)
  • scant 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Using a cookie scoop or your hands, drop the mixture onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  5. Allow cookies to cool completely before removing from the cookie sheet.
  6. Store in an airtight container on the counter or in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
